Poa cita, commonly known as Silver Tussock, is a very fast-growing New Zealand native tussock found in all locations from the high country to coastal areas. This plant can handle poor soils and is extremely hardy. Has very fine foliage with feathery flower heads in summer. Poa cita is perfect for mass planting on dry and exposed sites. Grows to 70cm tall when mature.

A small open, spreading tree or shrub which retains its powdery-blue juvenile foliage. Excellent for use as cut foliage in floral arranging. A selected seed strain of E. pulverulenta. White flowers in spring develop into silver waxy seedpods. Smooth copper-brown bark. Evergreen. Hardy to cold and exposure.

A cultivar of the Cider Gum making an attractive ornamental tree, it differs from the regular Cider Gum by having much bluer leaves. Light grey peeling bark, to reveal brown patches. The juvenile foliage can be used for fresh or dried flower arranging. A good hardy variety which will tolerate poor drainage.

Silver dollar Gum. A fast-growing attractive tree with grey-green rounded leaves and furrowed bark. Cut foliage is valued in floral work. White flowers appear in winter and attract bees and birds. Will tolerate wet or dry conditions, salt-laden wind, and frost. Hardy.

Similar to Karo with a rounded habit and large, dark green leaves. Good shelter on dry, windy sites. Tolerates shade. Hardier in frost than Karo, but not quite as hardy at the coast.
