Forms dense, upright-to-arching clumps of narrow, bright-to-light green leaves. Used in wetland, riparian, and storm water plantings to stabilize stream banks, control erosion, and filter nutrient runoff.
Full sun to part shade. Prefers consistently moist to wet soils, handles severe waterlogging, but adapts well to surprisingly dry conditions once established. Highly resilient against wind, frost, and coastal conditions.
